This policy brief outlines the transformative DigiTeRRI project, focusing on three European regions - Värmland, Grand Est, and Styria. Employing a Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) approach, the project aims to guide these regions from traditional industrial practices to digitalized innovation ecosystems. The outcome of the project includes the development of a national Communication, Community Engagement & Compliance Management (3C) Strategy for Ebola Vaccine Deployments, as well as the establishment of digital coordination platforms, public-private partnerships, and robust controls for vaccine deployment.
