COSIGHT - Two Paths, One Goal: Inclusive Integration for Refugee Women and Marginalised Youth
COSIGHT Lab: The results from the COSIGHT Lab have shown that we need to differentiate between two policy solutions. The one focusses on the group of refugees, formally low-qualified woman in the field of labour market integration, and the other on the group of formally low-qualified adolescents (with and without migration background) – called group of NEETS (Not in Employment, Education, or Training). The COSIGHT Lab developed a Holistic Education Centre for formally low-qualified refugee women, an initiative that has been continued through the “Impact Partnerships” of the city of Hamburg, Germany. Building on this experience, the COSIGHT Lab also presented and discussed its results for fostering resilient labour market integration of formally low-qualified adolescents with a panel of high-profile economists and politicians from Hamburg’s education and training sector.
