This document, the Final Policy Briefing, encapsulates pivotal concepts and findings derived from the CreaTures project, funded by the European Union. Over three years, this project united creative practitioners and researchers to explore the impact of creative practices on driving actions towards sustainable futures. It engaged with diverse stakeholders, including funders and policymakers, across various national contexts. The key insights include the presentation of the "9 Dimensions of Change" tool, categorizing dimensions into changing meanings, connections, and power. This tool aims to inform policy, guide practice, and provide valuable insights for researchers and creative practitioners. Additionally, the document presents cases and reflections on how creative practices contribute to transformative change. Alongside the tool, the document proposes six considerations for funders and policymakers when evaluating the role of creative practice in fostering sustainable futures.

With its aim of ensuring resilience through a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materials, this Communication can make a major contribution to the recovery and the long-term transformation of the economy.

This shift means that simply securing individual products isn't enough; a holistic approach is essential. The World Economic Forum's Systems of Cyber Resilience: Electricity community has developed this report to outline cybersecurity roles and responsibilities throughout the industry. Initiated by manufacturers and refined with broader input, the report introduces a new responsibility model. It's divided into three parts: understanding the changes driving the industry, redefining roles within the value chain, and insights on securing the value chain.

This report offers guidance on intra-state public-private collaboration in cybersecurity policy. It consists of two main sections: the Reference Architecture for public-private collaboration and the Cyber Policy Models. The Reference Architecture addresses the interconnected nature of cybersecurity policies, emphasizing the importance of viewing policy decisions holistically rather than in isolation. The Cyber Policy Models furnish leaders with concise references on specific topics, presenting an analytical framework, highlighting risks, trade-offs, and, where relevant, case studies. The Playbook doesn't dictate specific policies but encourages informed discussions, aiming to provide a general common language for discussing cybersecurity policy across various national contexts.

The Strategic Framework for a Cyber Resilient Scotland aims to make Scotland a digitally secure nation, building on past strategies and emphasizing four key resilience outcomes. Action plans will be implemented from 2021-2023, aligning with Scotland's broader goals and the UK's cyber strategy.

This deliverable conducts a comprehensive review of the cyber-threat landscape related to Internet of Things and beyond. This catalogue of threats includes the existing vulnerabilities, the class of system that each of them pertains to, the exploitability level, technical impact and severity level of each vulnerability as well as the security dimensions affected, among other variables.

The Cyber-Trust project aims to address the vulnerability challenges posed by the increasing complexity of the Internet of Things (IoT) and to support its growth while mitigating the effects of complexity and vulnerability. It focuses on protecting the hardware and software configurations of IoT devices, developing an inventory of authorized and unauthorized software, managing network hardware devices to deny access to compromised devices, building a framework for continuous vulnerability assessment and remediation, and increasing the resistance of IoT networks against DDoS attacks. The outcome of the project is the development of a cyber-security platform that goes beyond the state-of-the-art, providing trustworthy IoT operation and tools for protecting sensitive data and users' privacy.

The DAREnet project aims to enhance the resilience and preparedness of emergency responders and the public by identifying and addressing challenges in civil protection operations. Through a series of roadmapping cycles, the project evaluates and updates the DAREnet Knowledge Base, which serves as a repository of key information and best practices. Ultimately, the project attempts to provide verified recommendations for future projects, improve the sustainability and impact of the DAREnet results, and foster international cooperation in emergency response and training.

The DECODE project aims to develop a decentralized data management platform that empowers citizens to control their personal data and share it for the public good. It involves four pilot projects in Barcelona, Amsterdam, and London, which tested the platform's architecture and implementation in real-world scenarios. It is expected to provide a set of recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders on how to promote data sovereignty, privacy, and democratic control in the digital age. It emphasizes the potential of decentralized technologies to enable more transparent, accountable, and participatory governance models, while highlighting the challenges and trade-offs involved in implementing such systems. Overall, the project contributes to advancing the debate on the future of data governance and the role of citizens in shaping it.

The DEFEND project aims to develop guidelines for implementing compartmentalization for African swine fever (ASF) in the European context. The purpose of the project is to provide a semi-quantitative risk assessment to classify pig farms in terms of the probability of introduction of ASF virus. The project tries to develop a comprehensive biosecurity scoring system and a modified failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to assess the risk of ASF virus introduction into pig farms, ultimately contributing to the prevention and control of ASF in Europe.

The report outlines case studies that provide in-depth explanation of how net-zero carbon strategies and infrastructure for climate resilience can be developed by involving all stakeholders, from companies and public institutions to the general public.

This document presents the outcomes and procedures of Task 4.1, part of Work Package 4 within the DigiFed Innovation Action. The goal of the report ‘Digital path to recovery and resilience in the European Union’ is to analyse Member States’ Recovery and Resilience Plans by identifying and assessing the prominence and importance of digital initiatives within the Plans.

This paper creates a framework that supports safe and appropriate access to digital and online services for looked after children and young people. It provides a number of thoughtful reflections, not just about the role of technology, but also around the types of technology utilised, the importance of implementation processes and the challenges of upskilling. This work also highlights and considers a number of the unintended consequences of limited digital access for young people, from the impact on education, the potential to increase physical risk, further isolation and exclusion.

This paper presents a framework for understanding how traceability accelerates progress towards more sustainable outcomes and, in parallel, delivers better business results and improved competitiveness. It encompasses company issues and broader community issues that are critical in enabling traceability.
