RELOCAL - Case studies on local perceptions, capacities and policies for territorial development
The RELOCAL project is a research initiative that aims at redefining the role of local communities in cohesion and territorial development. It seeks to understand and address spatial injustices and social exclusion at the local level, with a focus on disadvantaged urban neighborhoods, urban areas, and rural regions. By examining the perceptions, capacities, and policies of local stakeholders, the project aims to identify effective strategies for place-based interventions that promote social inclusion and address structural challenges. The outcome of the project is a comprehensive analysis of the complex dynamics between local governance, welfare policies, and territorial cohesion, providing valuable insights for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners in the field of regional development and social justice.
