The objective of this report is to identify and analyse current standards, guidelines, best practices and recommendations regarding cybersecurity in the finance sector.

This document outlines the management methodology of the Air Traffic Management (ATM) macro model within the "START" project, focusing on network resilience under disruptive events. The document explains the integration of trajectory uncertainties and disruptive events into the model, emphasizing thunderstorms. The goal is to optimize interventions for network stability, considering over-treatment and management costs. The optimization problem is solved using reinforcement learning, providing insights into target pairs and regulated flights. This report assesses the interaction between the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and the European Semester by outlining coordination mechanisms between the two in the broader context of economic governance in the EU. Two main elements of this interaction are emphasised: coordination of investments and implementation capacities. The briefing argues that coordination of investment programmes remains fragmented in the EU, while the notion of policy capacities and experimentation should be given more strategic consideration in the Semester and RRF evaluation frameworks.

The purpose of this research was to explore what factors or assets had contributed to resilience in different Welsh places, and understand where public investments could be made to strengthen resilience in anticipation of any future crises.

This paper presents a conceptual and analytical framework to sequence water-related investments along “Strategic Investment Pathways”. This approach considers a range of diverse investments over multiple scenarios and evaluates options relative to stakeholder-defined goals. A total of 83 best practice examples collected from 26 countries demonstrate the potential of cultural heritage solutions in the context of climate change; they provide an invaluable source of inspiration and ideas to emulate.
